Information stored

When Discord sign-in is configured and you authorize access, LSPDFR stores the Discord account identifier and profile information Discord returns under the requested identify and email scopes. The platform also stores applications, support conversations, preferences, and security-relevant account history you create.

How it is used

Information is used to operate community accounts, review applications, provide support, enforce permissions, and maintain administrative auditability. Gameplay data is not displayed or modified unless a future server-authoritative integration is separately implemented and verified.

Visibility

Applications, internal notes, tickets, and account records are restricted to the account owner and authorized staff. Public staff profiles appear only when administrators enable them.

Security

Authentication secrets remain server-side. Sessions use HTTP-only cookies, role-based permissions, and server-side validation. Uploaded attachments are restricted by size and file type.

Requests

Use the support center for privacy or account-data requests. Retention details can be updated by administrators as community policy is finalized.
